Hello all I am Kritesh and in this blog we will see various roles
and importance of waking up in the morning, also what are the tasks we need to perform.
When we wake up we suppose to greet people by saying Good Morning ( Shubh
Prabhaat in Hindi). We start our Day with sense of Gratitude. Someone start
their morning with Yoga, Someone with Gym, some go for a morning walk and some
stay on their bed with a sense of laziness. Below I am going to share some
important Points that we can follow in our day to day life to make our Morning
happy and Healthy.

Wake up Early Morning :-
It's a New Beginning of the Day full of Motivation ,Energy and Positive vibes. There are lot of Benefits if we wake up early in the
morning.it not only keep us fit and Healthy but for the whole day feel like reduced
stresses level. Also a person gets a Awesome quality sleep as if a person need
to wake up early then He/She also needs to sleep Early.
On this I Remember a small Quote:-
Early to bed Early to rise makes a Man Healthy, Wealthy and Wise.

Quality Sleep:-
It is not just how you wake up, But quality sleep plays a
vital role for Performing whole day activities. A Normal Person Should Have at
Least 7-8 Hours of quality sleep(Undisturbed sleep) to feel refreshed and energized
in the Morning and the most important thing is to make sure that one should wake
up on time to follow a habitual Routine.

Alarm Clock:-
Now a Days Most of the People Relay in their alarm clock to
wake up in the Morning. They supposed to set a certain time in the clock but
still when alarm sounds people supposed to snooze it or else they put it off
and continue with their sleep which in general terms we call a Bad Sleep.

How to Get rid of this?
One should have control in their Mind and use internal alarm
clock (Instruct one’s mind) that it’s morning now and it’s time to wake up.

Role of Music:-
Music plays a vital role in earl morning. One should always listen
something Melodious songs to feel fresh
and motivated , a music that makes you full of energy and Positive vibes. Also
it is not just enough to just wake up in the right mood , one should carry it
all day long.

Physical Exercise:-
This is the most and important part of our day to day life
either you are younger or older one should always perform some physical activity
in the morning. Whatever it may be like Morning walk, Jogging, Gym, Yoga, Swimming,
etc.,, but to make our body fit and
Healthy one should perform any of the Physical activities in the Morning. So
stay Healthy and stay Motivated .
